All companies are always struggling for survival.
To be a survivor, companies always have to maintain their superiority.
Whatever business, good performance flows from good business maintenance.
For company growing up, IT system maintenance is more and more essential.

We are not system vendor company but consulting company.We don't aim at only implementation.
Because of it, we have methods which different from implementation vendor.Our methods lead a company to short term implementation and practical use.
"Don't use system" is almost same as "don't have system".
To use effective, user must have the mind for good future.
We expect company to have that mind and always maintain that mind.
Company which decided to change IT system expect the effect of IT system's change.
We think that jointing to company's next vision is necessary for effective implementation.
Because of it, we joint to customer's next vision.
We support our customer growing up. Thing we cannot support is hardly exist.
Customer must have mind to grow up, because company grown up is that customer itself.
To have mind to grow up, customer should have leader.

When changing system already used, system implementation project are always intercepted by resistance.But company grows up including resistance.
The powerful company should have "the changing manager"."The changing manager" forces company including resistance to take to next stage.
For us, the introduction of the system to rearrange duties is not the real intention.
We perform the system implementation to get closer to the future image that a customer drew.
System implementation makes it becoming the driving force of the accomplishment of the customer. I think that it is the mission that we were given.
